CERTIFIED?? Who Cares !!!

 

 

Ever wondered to know that YOUTH occupies 1/3rd (34%) of the total population of india?? And, we youth are running behind jobs holding CERTIFICATES and valued-less degree in our hands.

        Most of us always think about adding value to our RESUME rather than adding knowledge to our brains. But, do they really matter??

NO                  

      So, we end up being fools when interviewer get to know about our cheap tricks.

      Let me tell you a real story, to explain you the scenario.

      Short story : There was a man, who bought certificate dumps (fake certificates sold for huge amount) from a local store worth around 50,000 and he was HIRED by a company. Later, when he was given a project, he was totally blank and couldn't even start coding. Then came the biggest problem, the CEO of the same company, himself came to interview him again (This is a very rare case to get interviewed for the second time). Obviously, he spoke out about everything he had done and, he was then FIRED.

      So, what i wanted to say is... 

                                CERTIFICATE WITHOUT TALENT

                                          is as useless as a

                                     POND WITHOUT WATER
